This notice describes how MeshWorks Wireless Oy processes the personal data you provide via the website contact form. Processing is governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect

Through the contact form we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you provide. We do not gather this data from other sources.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to respond to your enquiry and to prepare a possible customer relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and steps prior to a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).

4. Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle the matter. Enquiries that lead to a customer relationship are moved to the customer records; others are deleted when no longer needed.

5. Recipients and processors

The website runs on the Cloudflare platform, which processes data on our behalf to provide the service (data may be processed outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses). The form message is delivered by email to support@seemoto.com. We do not share the data for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request erasure or restriction, object to processing, and obtain data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
